Description of Service

School Year Calendars is a free reference site. It republishes the dates school districts publish in their official calendars, together with counts and comparisons calculated from those dates, and calendar files you can add to your own calendar app. We may change, add or remove pages at any time.

Accuracy of Calendar Information

We copy each date from the district’s own published calendar and check it carefully, but districts revise their calendars and mistakes can happen. The district’s official calendar and announcements always take precedence over this site. Before making plans that depend on a date, such as travel or childcare, confirm it with the district. Each district page links to the official file we used.

School Year Calendars is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any school district or education authority.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

School calendar dates are public information published by the districts. The way this site presents them, including its text, comparisons, graphics and design, belongs to School Year Calendars. You may use the pages and calendar files for your own and your family’s planning, and link to any page; please do not copy the site in bulk.

The site is supported by ads from third-party ad networks. We do not control the content of those ads, and clicking an ad takes you to a site with its own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
